As part of our small, collaborative warehouse team, your primary focus will be supporting tool maintenance, readiness, and safety, with driving duties incorporated as needed. Tool Technician Support (Primary Focus) Tool Inspection & Maintenance: Assist with inspecting, servicing, and performing minor repairs on construction tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, generators, pressure washers, and compactors. Safety Checks: Help complete incoming and outgoing tool inspections to ensure equipment meets Chandos’ safety standards. Repair Assistance: Support basic repairs including replacing cords, handles, blades, filters, and other common wear items. Shop Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool shop and storage areas. Tool Preparation: Clean, test, label, and stage tools so they are job-site ready at all times. Inventory Support: Pick, prepare, and organize tools for site requests received via forms or phone calls. Driving & Logistics Support Warehouse Flow: Assist with moving tools between warehouse zones and coordinating external servicing or recertifications.
